Aloha Coast Realty was created in 2007 with the idea of taking the best ideas the founders had encountered in their times at other brokerages and creating a company that exemplified those ideals. Since then, buyers, sellers and agents have shown the value of that simple concept by helping the company grow to one of the leaders in the market. Every day, we thank them all.
In 2009, Aloha Coast Realty merged with RE/MAX Island Surf Realty and took over its prime Pahoa location and had the great fortune to continue to work with the high-quality agents that had been affiliated with that franchise.
In 2010, we had the opportunity to purchase Hawaii Holiday Vacation Rentals, a premiere vacation rental business with properties on the Big Island and Maui. Also in 2010, we began a long-term property management division. With these acquisitions, Aloha Coast Realty’s goal of having a full suite of real estate services is well on its way.
