This is an unsolicited testimonial for David Deweese. When I first arrived on the island, David found me the perfect house. He then put $5,000 in my pocket by making sure I got good advice about filing for a HARPTA refund for a property I had sold two years before...a few days later I would have lost the refund. Since then, my needs changed and he helped me find a building lot and sold my house at a lovely net profit. He has been very patient working with a mainlander, is always at his phone or very quick to return calls, and generously helping me in countless ways.
